DESIGN
ZIPCHEF
A concept Twitter bot/website myself and fellow friend Eli Horne created for a Hackday competition. The bot would scour Twitter for recipe keywords, ingredients and celebrity chefs. If a Twitter user replied at Zipchef with a list of ingredients, Zipchef would reply back to that user with a recipe based on those ingredients.
The heart of Zipchef is the site that would aggregate all the information received from users replying to Zipchef and the bot searches on Twitter. This information, such as most searched for ingredients, most popular chefs and top recipe returns would be a valuable source of SEO to track trends in food searches of people on Twitter. You'd be able to track most popular ingredient results by day, week or month, handy for editorial programmers on food sites.
